The Hammer will fall

A few months ago, Tom Delay began quiety discussing stepping down if he were indicted for campaign finance abuses in his home state of Texas. Now, Rep Chris Bell a democrat from Texas, is filing house ethics charges. This will be interesting. The Hammer should get put down for his various assualts on the constitution and his off-season gerrymandering. Barring all that, genuine criminal behavior will do just fine.
